I began my yoga journey many years ago. Over time I have tried lots of different styles but Kundalini Yoga became my saving grace to the stressful nature of life.
I have completed Kundalini Yoga Teachers Training Level 1 and Level 2 with Amrit Nam Sarovar- the International Kundalini Yoga School in London and France.
Kundalini Yoga is a practice designed to free up physical and emotional blocks in the body. It does not require flexibility or strength. Instead, it requires a willingness to learn how to respond honestly and feel authentically.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga includes Breath (Pranayama), Kriya (yogic posture), Integrity and desire to Go Deeper.
Kundalini Yoga teaches you how to work with your body safely and connect fully to your breath. Poses are given to suit all levels of students.
